Using award winning sauces directly imported from the Hibiki yakitori restaurants of Higashi-Matsuyama, JiBiru grills only the finest fresh meats including fresh Sakura chicken and high quality Japanese pork, accompanied by a selection of izakaya dishes such as tempura, gyoza and Japanese style curries. Japan’s increasingly famous craft beers include a wide range of styles including many unique creations brewed using ingredients and processes traditionally seen the making of sake or shochu, as well as produce found local to the brewery.
